Giga Chilli Sauce is not just another hot sauce, far from it. It's the chilli sauce that’s served with one of Singapore’s national dishes, Hainanese Chicken Rice. 

The balance of ginger, garlic, chilli, vinegar and sugar creates a lingering umami flavour that leaves you wanting more every time. As Singaporeans like to say... mmm, "shiok"!

It's also the perfect accompaniment to any dish! Drizzle on your salad, dip your crisps in, spread it on a sandwich, or simply enjoy with your cooked meats, rice or noodles, to bring an instant blast of warm heat to your meal.

Our sauce is made with no artificial preservatives and is suitable for vegans.

Store in a cool dry place, and refrigerate after opening. Pace yourself.

Ingredients & Storage

Water, Red Chilli, Garlic, Vinegar, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Stock (Onion, Tomato, Celery, Herb Extract), Glucose Syrup, Yeast Extracts, Flavorings, Rapeseed Oil.

Once opened, please refrigerate and consume within 10 days. Before opening, store in a cool dry place and do not consume beyond the expiry date indicated on the jar (12 months from the date of manufacturing).

Simply sublime!

It is amazing!!! It's simply sublime, I tried it on a few things and it's simply "banging". I think if you were to put it on a flip flop, it'll still taste nice. 😅 Anyway, it's delicious. 😋

Simply cannot stop adding this sauce to everything.

Stupidly good, regardless of what you put it on; and it's gone on everything we've cooked since buying it. Tasty, tangy, and a with a perfect kick, it's even become my go to for a bacon and egg butty. Glorious.

Incredible - just like home!!!

Even works as salad dressing!

Call me crazy but I’ve been SLATHERING this chilli sauce on everything, including my salads. It started out less weird when my salad had chicken pieces in them but sometimes when I’m lazy, I literally have lettuce leaves and GIGA chilli sauce lol I’m obsessed and this is a problem (but a good problem!). I would buy this even if I was living in Singapore or Malaysia and had other options *aggressively nods
