My late mum made her own chilli sauce with fresh chilli, garlic, shallot, garlic and a squeeze of calamansi juice using a pestle and mortar. It was truly delicious and I would score her 100% each time. Yours is just as good and I am scoring you 100% too.

I don't usually eat chilli so I was quite sad it was touching the chicken rice. But it was so good I ended up eating all of it for the first time ever, and am now sad about how much chilli sauce I've missed out on over my years of eating chilli-less chicken rice. My friends and I are also sad we didn't grab a few jars while we were at the popup - next time we will 💪

The chilli was so yummy!!! We really liked it!! Honestly don�t usually eat chicken rice chilli cause I find it too sour sometimes but this was really well balanced w the ginger/ spices! And also it smelt soo fragrant :))

This is SO GOOD. We ordered chicken rice in just to eat it with the sauce! It has really good heat that lingers & I love the garlic!
